Hoppy and malty like an IPA beer and balanced like a Gin. The Gin is distilled using a pot still in small batches, numbered by hand.
A gin that stands out for its aromatic richness. Juniper, herbs, peels, berries, roots, and flowers we use are all selected natural products. No sugars are added, but sweetness is balanced through the equilibrium of botanicals. The gin is not cold-filtered to keep the complexity of essential oils intact.
- Usage: the most famous use is definitely for the Gin Tonic, a long drink made with gin and tonic water. Another interesting use is in pastry since its aromatic component pairs well with creams. Thanks to its taste, Gin can also be used, especially for making amazing homemade cocktails!
