Every detail of bbuono’s shipping process, from product preparation to canning to shipping, has been meticulously designed so that each product arrives on your table completely intact, in compliance with the necessary hygienic and temperature conditions.

How we ship fresh produce
Each package is shipped directly from bbuono and we will take care of preparing it as best as we can.
We use a refrigerant gel to maintain the cold chain for up to 72 hours; an isothermal container made of recycled polystyrene to prevent cold dispersion; and an outer carton to protect the package from shocks.
In some areas of Italy, where the service is available, we deliver by refrigerated van to ensure maximum freshness of the products.
The packaging is H.A.C.C.P. certified.

What is the shipping cost and how to get free shipping?
The cost of shipping to Italy (excluding remote areas) up to 30 kg is € 11.50 for any order under € 130.00: for orders above this amount, shipping to Italy is free.
The cost of shipping to Europe is variable: contact us at hello@bbuono.it for a custom quote.
What is the delivery time?
Your products will be shipped within 24/48 hours after payment is received.
Fresh products leave only from Monday to Wednesday: orders that come in after Wednesday’s shipment go out with the first one of the following week to ensure taste and freshness.
What happens if the recipient is absent?
The courier company makes two passes for each delivery.
In the event that the recipient is absent after two passes of the courier company, the package can be picked up directly in the warehouse of the relevant courier company.
How is fresh produce shipped?

What are the packaging steps?
Preparation
The products you choose are checked one by one according to bbuono’s strict criteria: products that are always fresh and wholesome.
Packaging
If the products you have ordered are perishable after being placed in vacuum, or controlled atmosphere in special bags or trays, bbuono places them neatly in a specific polystyrene container suitable for refrigerated transport. The gel cells that we put together with the products create a constant thermal environment at a temperature between 5° and 10° to ensure that the cold chain is assured for up to 72 hours, just as if they were always in your home refrigerator.
Coating
The final packaging consists of a cardboard box in which the styrofoam container with the products is placed.
Delivery
At this point the box is ready for shipment and will arrive at your home via express courier or picked up at the pickup point if you chose the latter option.
