Customers
bbuono.it sells to individuals, companies, organizations, and any type of entity interested in purchasing the goods selected and marketed by bbuono.it.
Under no circumstances does bbuono.it accept or fulfill orders placed by minors.
Orders
bbuono.it collects orders directly through its WEB commercial platform bbuono.it, as well as indirectly through appointed sales agents who promote products to customers.
In all cases, orders are placed, confirmed, and paid for directly through the dedicated WEB commercial platform.
No representative, or anyone claiming to be, is authorized to receive payments on behalf of bbuono.it. Therefore, bbuono.it declines any responsibility for payments made in ways other than those established in these conditions of sale.
Minimum order: bbuono.it requires a minimum order of €39.00.
Sale by unit and not by weight: goods are marketed by product unit (pieces) or by multiple products (packages). Likewise, prices refer to each single item or package. Under no circumstances are products sold by weight or measure. Any indication of weight provided by bbuono.it for each marketed item refers to the average weight, which may vary due to aging or environmental seasonal conditions. A discrepancy between actual product weight and the weight indicated on the sales platform does not constitute grounds for withdrawal.
Delivery and Tracking
Fresh products are shipped from Monday to Wednesday, with delivery within 48h.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and, for certain products requiring special processing, based on production times.
Shipping areas are divided into 5 zones, detailed on the dedicated shipping page.
In all cases, bbuono.it relies on couriers that provide shipment tracking tools.
Order Confirmation
Each order received will be confirmed to the customer via e-mail.

Customer Withdrawal
Internet sales are regulated by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21/02/2014, which governs distance contracts concluded outside commercial premises. This law establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e., the consumer’s right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund.
Excluded from this decree are entities not classified as consumers, meaning those acting for professional purposes, such as orders placed with a VAT number for invoicing.
The Customer has the right to withdraw, without penalties and without justification, within 14 days from delivery (as shown on the courier’s delivery note).
The right of withdrawal is exercised by an explicit statement of the decision to withdraw: an email to info@bbuono.it is enough, as is a registered letter with return receipt. The purchased goods must then be returned, at the customer’s expense, to: bbuono.it, via fiamme verdi 87 – Vestone (BS) – ZIP 25078.
If applicable, the Customer must return at their own expense all invoiced items as received: brand new, unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and original packaging (bags and boxes). OPENING SEALED PRODUCTS AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under Art. 5, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 185/99.
Failure to comply makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. If applied, once the goods are received, bbuono.it will refund the full amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the communication, through the following methods:
– product replacement – ONLY IF REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER
– bank transfer
Supplier Withdrawal
If bbuono.it is unable to fulfill an order due to unavailability of the product (even temporarily), it has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the order date by providing a simple explanation to the customer, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 185/99. In such cases, the customer is entitled solely to a refund of any amount already paid.
Returns and Replacements
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity and number of packages. Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery document with “subject to inspection,” specifying the reason (e.g.: severely damaged or missing package), and reported to customer service via e-mail within 24 hours.
For replacement due to non-conforming goods, notice must always be sent to bbuono.it, Via fiamme verdi 87 – Vestone (BS) – ZIP 25078 within 5 days from the invoice date.
Customer service will provide a return authorization number, which must be indicated on the outside of the return package and on the transport document.
Customer service will also send the customer a form containing the following information:
– Return authorization number
– Sender: Customer’s name, surname, and address
– Recipient:
– Courier: Carrier collecting the package
– Reason for shipment: replacement or return of goods.
Warranty
Purchasing goods from bbuono.it implies full acceptance of the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, which may be independent of bbuono.it. The customer acknowledges that purchased goods are guaranteed by the manufacturer under the terms set by the latter.
