How does the delivery work?
You choose what you want to receive, we will collect orders by selecting the best products for you.
Fresh produce is shipped only on Mondays through Wednesdays; as by entrusting them to the courier on Thursdays there is a chance that if they are not delivered the next day, the parcel might remain in the warehouses over the weekend and as a result we would not be able to ensure freshness until delivery and the fresh produce would all be thrown away.
We ship fresh produce to most Italian cities using express couriers that deliver in 24/48 hours. Within 24 hours we deliver to most Italian cities (excluding islands).

What happens if I am not at home?
Most people are not at home to be able to receive the package from the courier when it arrives, we offer on-demand delivery.
It consists of several completely free options for scheduling your delivery. Two hours before delivery, the courier sends you a message that allows you to choose various pickup options: at a pickup point as a drop-off location to pick it up in person, to give the address of an alternate address, a neighbor, a friend, or at your place of work.
How does the product stay fresh during delivery?
Purchasing a fresh product will use a special container for maintaining the cold chain with gel ice, this packaging guarantees fresh products for 72 hours, so everything arrives to you perfectly preserved.
The gel is reusable for 2 years. Container and gel you can use for your outings.
How do I edit my data?

How do I store delivered products?
Most of our products come with storage instructions. Vegetables, sauces, fresh pasta, and dairy products go in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Box reuse and gel ice
Ninety-five percent of the packaging materials we use are recyclable. Cardboard boxes can be disposed of in the appropriate recycling bins.
The Styrofoam box and ice-gel are reusable for up to 2 years. You can safely thaw and refreeze the ice-gel for as many uses as you need. This packaging is specifically for food use, Styrofoam boxes with certified gel packs can become valuable trunks for outdoor outings with friends or family.
You will transport fresh food anywhere you want, with the perfect storage temperature while safeguarding food quality.

Long-distance adoptions
What are distance adoptions?
With bbuono you can distance adopt a baby goat, cow, olive tree, beehive or vineyard to help a small producer in our valleys.
For each adoption, product delivery, A3 paper certificate and personalized photos with your name are always included.
What is the turnaround time for each adoption?
For each long-distance adoption, the delivery time for the first shipment varies from 3 up to 10 working days.
They are longer than the 24-hour delivery of a product because for each adoption we go to the manufacturer to take ad hoc photos with the certificate and your name.
Can I give away the adoption and have it in another person’s name?
Absolutely !
Just indicate this in the order notes or write to us on Whatsapp.
The name of the person you want to give the adoption as a gift will appear on the certificate , just like in the picture next to it! 😍
What quality will the photos I receive be?
The photos you receive can be printed on an A3 sheet without any deterioration. We will email everything to you within a few days of adoption.
I have a business, can I contribute to help a manufacturer?
Absolutely! 😀
For companies we have reserved and create ad hoc formulas according to their needs.

Where do our products come from?
Our products come from farms in the Brescia area and around Lake Garda that have a great tradition in milk and meat processing, to serve on your table quality products directly from farmers.
Our vegetables contain only seasonal produce harvested by the farmer who receives from the earth naturally and organically-no additives, preservatives or chemicals but only fresh produce that he harvests weekly from his fields.
Do you go to your local producers yourself to pick up the cheese?
Absolutely!
All of our products you find for sale online are selected, picked up from the producer and packaged by us at bbuono.
Thanks to this step we are able to guarantee a good, healthy and genuine product directly from the producer to your table.
