Produced by the Curtense craft brewery in Passirano, it’s a hoppy beer with a herbal and fruity aroma.
The uniqueness of Curtense IPA craft beer is the blend of a strong bitter taste and the sweet flavor of caramel malts. It’s a top-fermented and fairly alcoholic beer (5%).
- Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C with strong dishes, fatty foods, medium-aged cheeses, fried fish, shellfish, and desserts with bold flavors.
- Half a liter of liquid hops that wraps around the throat and satisfies the boldest palates.
