Valentina and Morris produce high-quality cheeses, and during the sponsorship, you cansecure a monthly supply of their cheeses. Some of their cheeses are selected to become Nostrano Valtrompia DOP, which is aged in the Graticelle mine.

How does adopting a cow from Valentina and Morris work?

Adopting remotely with bbuono is really simple.

Choose the adoption plan you prefer: 1 month “Supporter” , 3 months “Cow Friend” or 6 months “HappyCow” and every month we’ll send you fresh and genuine dairy products. Whatever package you choose will always include a digital photo with the producer and your cow along with home delivery of the printed certificate in A3 format.
The shipments will be made monthly within 15 days from the date of your order to the address you want (at home, at the office, or at the gift recipient’s home).

What products will you receive every month during the adoption period?

If you choose the adoption plan for 3 months, you’ll get 1 kg of cheese every month. With the 6-month adoption, besides the precious cheese, you’ll also receive a cowbell as a gift at the end of the period.

Get a real adoption certificate in A3 format

With the first delivery, along with the products, you’ll receive a beautiful adoption certificate for your cow with your name. But that’s not all, we’ll also send you by email a photo of the producer, next to the adopted cow, which certifies the name of the person adopting it.

Visit the Le Poffe farm to meet Valentina and Morris’s family and cuddle your adopted cow

Valentina and Morris run the mountain hut from June to September at high altitude near Monte Campione at 1900 meters; in the colder period, they move down to a lower altitude, at 1250 meters in their brand new Masne hut.

The passion, inherited from his parents, led Morris to follow his uncle who owned cows at a young age. Later, after returning from military service, he continued the activity following the valuable advice of his relative and other herdsmen in the area who helped him start this work.

After years of renting and many sacrifices and experiences Morris made his dream come true: with Valentina, his partner (also from a family of herders) he decided to buy his own mountain hut where they still keep their animals.

As of today, they have 38 cows, 50 goats and 11 donkeys. In such a dreamy place, they couldn’t miss 1 mare and 1 pig, to the delight of their children.

Valentina and Morris make high-quality cheeses, some of their wheels are selected to become Nostrano Valtrompia DOP which is also aged in the Graticelle mine.

Can I visit the Masne farm? Where is the company located?

Absolutely yes! You can visit the farm to see your adopted cow and the surrounding environment.

We recommend you go up to visit this magnificent place, Morris and Valentina will take you to pet the cow you adopted, walk with the donkeys and watch the playful goats in the middle of nature.

These animals have eyes and a very sweet nature, they love the mountains and nature, living between the stable (winter period over 1,000 meters) and high-altitude pastures (around 2,000 meters).

Questions and answers about sponsoring a cow from the Poffe alpine pasture

Prices: the prices shown are valid only for shipments in Italy, for deliveries in Europe and abroad, write to us at hello@bbuono.it to receive a custom quote.

Cheese: the cheese is freshly cut during the day of shipment into slices and vacuum packed. It may slightly differ in weight from the description, by more or less than 10%, due to preparation because we hand-cut each piece.
