Stracciatella di Lodrino, full of tasty milk from Valle Sabbia and turned into a delight in Giuliano’s artisanal workshop in Val Trompia.
Stracciatella, a delicious variant of burrata, is both its filling and its heart… A real treat for the taste buds!
Stracciatella is a product derived from the milk of brown cows from Forno d’Ono (a small village in Vallesabbia) and owes its goodness to the freshness of the cream produced daily by Giuliano, combined with the strands of mozzarella curd.
The quality is guaranteed by the producer who works with very small quantities just enough to supply their store in Invico. We’re honored that they’ve agreed to supply us too.
