Extra virgin olive oil GARDA DOP produced in Salò on Lake Garda
The ingredients that make Olio Garda DOP special are the meticulous care that Pietro dedicates to the plants on his farm.
His property is located on the slopes of the Santa Caterina hill, which frames the cheerful Gulf of Salò and enjoys a breezy, sunny microclimate and well-drained soil, naturally suited for olive growing. The olive trees of the Rocca farm are typical varieties of Lake Garda: Casaliva, Frantoi, Leccini.
