2025 Update: bbuono is still proudly organic 🥰
Since 2025, bbuono has changed its certification body — but not its promise: to bring only truly organic, verified, and certified products to your table.
Every year, we renew our commitment to the organic control system — because trust is built through consistency. Download our Bioagricert certificate of conformity here.
As of January 2021, all of our organic products for sale on bbuono.it are certified not only by the farm that produces them using organic methods, but also by bbuono for the distribution and sale of the product itself.
Our certificate of compliance was issued by Bioagricert, which certifies organic and environmentally sustainable products.

What does it mean for us at bbuono.it to have obtained organic certification?
Often organic certification is “seen” and especially “read” as a “conditio sine qua non” and thus obtained in order to gain access to the distribution/sale of organic product, or as an inseparable element of official controls.
bbuono strongly wanted this certification to offer consumers further confirmation of the organic derivation and seriousness of its products and their producers.
Products are always obtained from companies that produce and transmit quality, that adopt technological and innovative production systems to reduce waste, to limit the use of unnecessary technical means as much as possible. Certification is “the glue” to condense the various aspects (quality, intended use, contents, nutritional information, technological aspects, quality information, etc.) by which the product is obtained and transmitted to the market and the end customer.
Certification implies competence, seriousness, soundness, independence, third party, accuracy, timeliness, and the organic certification system confirms this.
The organic market
The organic production sector has exploded in recent years as a function of increasing attention to the environment and sustainable development.
The organic market is a market inflated by offers, sometimes generating doubts about the veracity of the term, which is often misused. The misuse of the term on labels in supermarkets and in brand names themselves also does not help to recognize and identify products that are actually organic.
Organic products must come from organic farming or ranching, must follow very specific processes , and, most importantly, those who produce and market it must be certified by an appropriate body.

How is organic certification obtained?
Organic certification is obtained when the production system meets the requirements of the European Regulation (EC Reg. 834/2007), which defines the system of production, processing, labeling, marketing, inspection and certification in the European Union.
The certification body verifies compliance with the EU regulation. All farms producing, preparing, marketing and importing agricultural products or foodstuffs from organic farming enter a control system, based on an annual Preventive Control Plan, which subjects them to inspection visits for verification of compliance, documentation, evaluates documents and maintenance of compliance with the reference standard.
Obtaining organic certification for bbuono is a very important milestone that once again guarantees the transparency and quality of excellent service for our customers.
