The bbox between Lake and Mountains contains the following typical products:

Bagoss is a cheese with the aroma of the characteristic aged cheese, persistent, spicy sensations of saffron can be felt, combined with notes of pasture and haymaking that give it a typical intense, slightly spicy flavor, especially in the very aged Bagoss. The paste is firm and has the typical straw-yellow color, sometimes also showing small eyes (due to the aging that occurs naturally in the cellars located in Bagolino) while the rind has a brown color tending to ochre. The honey produced at Borgo Il Mezzanino comes from the work of bees free to fly and collect pollen from the flowers that live in the hills around Lake Garda. It is a pure and healthy artisan honey that combines tradition and quality. It conquers with its “good” taste in all senses: rich in nutrients, emollient and soothing, it is a source of natural energy, perfect for regaining vitality. The wine was born in Valtènesi, on the Conti Thun farm located in Puegnago del Garda, a hilly territory situated in the southwestern part of Lake Garda, ten minutes away from the fascinating Gulf of Salò.
