Vivaldi Lombard Lager beer: what’s special about it and how best to enjoy it?

What beer is Vivaldi (Lombard lager)?

This is an artisanal lager from Lake Garda, Kellerbier style: golden, dry and fragrant, with 4.8% vol. Brewed in Salò at Birrificio Felice, with native hops grown in San Felice and Pils and Vienna malts. 0.66 L. Bottle.Ideal year-round for those seeking a balanced blond beer, “for drinking” rather than meditation.What is a Kellerbier?Traditional “cellar” lager, soft and fragrant.

</details>

Where do ingredients come from and how is it produced?

We call it a “Lombardy lager” because it originates in the Garda area of Brescia. The hops are KM0, grown on the farm in San Felice; the malts are Pils and Vienna. The recipe follows the German tradition(Reinheitsgebot) focusing on water, malt, hops and yeast for a clean, territorial drink. Result: elegant aroma, great smoothness and Gardesana identity.

</details>

At what temperature does it serve and with what pairings does it perform best?

Serve it at 8-10°C in a clean, medium-mouthed glass. Vivaldi is thirst quenching and has a gentle bitter finish: it goes well with pizza and pasta dishes risottos (including lake) aged cheeses from Brescia.Also perfect with delicate cured meats and grilled freshwater fish.

</details>

How to store it and how long does it last once opened?

Keep it upright, protected from light and temperature changes (best 4-18°C). Always check the preferable consumption date on the label. After opening, close tightly and consume within 24-48 hours to enjoy aromas and fineness of foam. Avoid the freezer and do not leave the bottle at room temperature for hours-the hop bitterness will be affected.

</details>
