With a slightly opalescent amber color with coppery and red hues, the ivory-colored foam is compact, fine, and has good persistence and adhesion. On the nose, the biscuit and toasted shortcrust typical of Munich malt emerges. Lively and sustained carbonation.

The sweet biscuit component of the malt is present on the palate.

Grazie Susan
