Jam from organic crops located at 1000 meters above sea level in Valle Sabbia, province of Brescia (IT).
In the old days, jams and marmalades were prepared with infinite patience by expert housewives; today what has been handed down to us from their experience combined with more modern technology allows us to enjoy equally fine products.
Biodase Farm’s organic jams are made with fruit sourced exclusively from the Biodase plantation located at 1,000 meters above sea level in Pertica Bassa (Vallesabbia – BS) and conducted organically.
The fruit is harvested at the right ripeness and immediately processed in the on-site laboratory.
Suggestions for use: for breakfast with a biscuit or cereal wafer, in yogurt, as a filling in cakes and tarts, on a slice of bread as a snack for your children or as a dessert at the end of a meal.
