Paolo Scalvini ‘s BeeSavallo farm is a very small operation in the valleys of Brescia, located in Mura in Vallesabbia, at the foot of Corna di Savallo.

BeeSavallo is a young reality, started a couple of years ago by Paolo with the help of Monica, two very young siblings with a great desire to do and get involved. Together they produce with passion and dedication a delicious artisanal honey, 100% natural and made by their bees at high altitude, far from the industrial production system.

The name BeeSavallo comes from a little play on words: Bee meaning bee in English, a symbol of modernity and youth, representing the people who created this wonderful reality. Savallo because the honey is produced in Mura, in a small village located at the foot of Corna di Savallo, in Vallesabbia, province of Brescia, in the midst of unspoiled nature, to offer a 100% Italian product, respecting the environment that surrounds it!
